The client is one of the largest privately-owned residential Real Estate group. The group focuses on diverse areas of real estate including construction, development, property management, sales, and other real estate-related services. The client has developed over 85,000 homes, over 23,750 rental units, and 91,000 acres of land. The company required a taxation solution and Brainvire provided an accounting system fully based on the real estate industry.
About Product
The new system is connected to the client’s legacy PHP – MySQL-based solution. The new system allows real-time data synchronization. The accounting system is developed in such a way that it allows a smooth process of taxation accounting as per the real-estate industry norms and standards.
