About Client

Established in 2002 and based in Southern California, the client specializes in high-quality replacement and remanufactured toner and ink cartridges. They deal in superior quality products related to office supplies and partnered with Brainvire to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Product Idea

Brainvire transformed and migrated the client’s existing Wordpress site to Magento’s latest version. It was further integrated with Control ERP. The site features an ‘Ink & Toner Finder’ that customers can use to search for premium cartridges. Thereafter, they can complete the checkout process on Amazon. The system has streamlined everything including sales, inventory management, CRM, and accounting. Executives can check the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and calculate the freight charges accurately. The USP of this solution is the ‘container management’ module to manage and track incoming and outgoing product containers.

Ink & Toner Functionality:

The client wanted to create the feature while maintaining the uniformity of product URLs during a website migration.

Solution:

The team successfully migrated the WordPress website to Magento without disturbing the existing product URLs. Customers can search for branded products using the ‘Ink & Toner’ functionality.

Odoo-Amazon Integration:

There was a need to integrate the website’s Odoo backend with Amazon.

Solution:

The Odoo-Amazon Connector helped the team overcome the challenge and helps customers buy products on Amazon.

Order Fetching with FBM:

The merchant can fetch the orders from the Amazon marketplace and fulfill them.

Solution:

An API was used to implement the Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) feature into the system.

3PL Logistics:

Some of the orders are shipped by a 3rd-party logistics service provider.

Solution:

API helps to transfer order data to the 3PL agents so that they can fulfill all orders on time.
