Product Idea

The client partnered with Brainvire to digitalize its recruitment process and automate its workflow. Brainvire’s consultants pitched in a customized ERP solution for the client that interconnects all departments and streamlines every business process. This includes recruitment, project management, document verification, contract management, leave management, payroll management, and invoice management. A rotational shift system helps to manage the work cycle and shift patterns of multiple teams with ease. In addition, the system can generate dynamic reports for monitoring the strengths and efficiency of employees.

Switching from Excel to Odoo:

The client was previously managing the employee details, project records, timesheets, and leaves in an Excel sheet. The data was entered manually.

Solution:

The team streamlined and automated project management, recruitment, employee assignment, timesheet management, payroll and leave calculation.

Overstay and Rotational Shifts:

The client wanted to manage the overstay and rotational shifts of employees.

Solution:

Brainvire customized the flow of the application to manage overstay and rotational shifts in Control ERP.

Complex calculations of leave, ESB, and overstay:

The HR team was calculating everything manually and then uploading the details into the system.

Solution:

All the calculations were automated and the team also provided functionality to configure the reports based on different projects and contracts.

Document Management and Renewal:

The documents related to loans and insurance were managed manually. There was also no option to remind employees when their documents were due for renewal.

Solution:

The team compiled the history of the expiry of documents and their renewal timelines and created a notification option to give automatic reminders to the concerned employees.
