Cleaning Supplies Manufacturer Improves Operations with Odoo-Shopify Integration

The client is a leading enterprise based in the United States that deals with automobile cleaning supplies. They are dedicated to providing the best products for detailing and waxing cars. They were using four systems to manage their whole process- QuickBooks, Quick Stock WMs (SQL database), Daylight CRM, and Freshdesk. This system was strenuous for them as they had to manage data on different platforms. As an Odoo Gold Partner, we suggested an Odoo ERP system with necessary customizations. This system includes all modules like CRM, sales, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, barcode, accounting, studio, approval, and helpdesk under a single platform. We also suggested the Odoo Mobile application for pickers.

With the Shopify integration, this client was able to manage their eCommerce operations easily. They were also able to sync orders and all master data in Odoo. In addition, the mobile application for pickers has a built-in map that guides them through the warehouse properly, so they don't waste time walking around aimlessly. It has led to maximizing picking efficiency by going straight from shelf to shelf without having to backtrack or search again if an item is out of stock on one side of the aisle versus another.
