The client is a company that has been passionate about designing and manufacturing the most innovative specialty care products for cars, boats, RVs. They have proudly served their clients in several industries since 1973 by helping keep automobiles top shape with machine polishers and cleaning items.

Building a new ERP system for the client's company was an involved and tedious process. Control ERP suggested Odoo software to streamline all operations, which would eliminate four existing systems that had been in place before they came on board. The pickers found it especially convenient when we developed a mobile application so they could enter orders anywhere at any time from their device.

Customized Screen to Manage Dispatch Process:

When the company's dispatch process became more complicated, they needed to revamp their screen to simplify it.

Solution:

An IT hub has created a custom inventory tracking screen to help the client manage stock and order fulfillment more efficiently. The screen will work on an individual basis, ensuring that the company’s exact needs in mind when designing the system are met with maximum efficiency.

Mobile Application with Excellent UI:

The client wanted an application compatible with all devices, no matter the screen size.

Solution:

We developed an Odoo application that has been optimized for pickers to maximize their ability. We enlarged icons and simplified the interface so they can get what they need faster than ever before.

Auto-Replenish on Bin Locations:

The Bin locations needed to be auto replenished.

Solution:

Developers created a smart system that would automatically transfer bins when they became full. They did this by creating custom logic to account for the maximum capacity of each bin, so no location was ever left without storage space again.

Seamless Integration with Shopify:

Switching platforms was challenging, but luckily the Odoo platform had a Shopify integration.

Solution:

The client can now manage all of their master data in Odoo and sync any orders from Shopify's eCommerce platform over to the system. All it takes is a few clicks on the screen or taps with fingers- no need for tedious manual work!

The customized Odoo screen will allow the client to reserve orders with just a few clicks. Customers can even update their own orders before they arrive!

Smart Warehousing System

The customized logic automates internal transfer on Bin location based on its storage capacity. It's fascinating to see how this technology will revolutionize the process of transferring data.

The customized Odoo application helps enlarge icons, and interfaces for increased scanning, reduced manual interactions, and minimized typing.

Shopify Integration with Odoo

The client now has a way to sync all of their orders from the Shopify eCommerce website with Odoo, which will make for an easier and more seamless shopping experience.
